I hope you enjoy this Gift Card! By booking an appointment you agree to our Age Restrictions, Cancelation & Appointment Attendance Policy.
In short:
Due to our insurance policy we don't provide services to clients under 16yo.
Attend your appointment by yourself, we don't allow children and other parties present at the premises-no exceptions other than carers.
No-shows and late cancellations (less than 48h) will be charged 100% of the appointment value.
Booking system won't allow reschedules less than 48h prior to your scheduled appointment time.
You take full responsibility for attending patch test where necessary 1-2 days prior to scheduled appointment.
